This policy covers every article, score and table published on litbuy-ai.com.

Sourcing

Featured products are ordered from an ordinary buyer account and paid for with desk funds. We use the standard agent flow — paste link, choose options, pay, request QC, approve, ship — and we keep the order records, chat transcripts and airway bills.

Authorship

Every article carries a named editor. Author pages list each editor's background, the products they test and the steps they follow. Nothing is published under a house byline.

Scores

All ratings use a five-point scale: 5 excellent, 4 good, 3 adequate, 2 poor, 1 very poor. A score is never changed for commercial reasons and never sold.

Commercial relationships

Outbound links may carry affiliate parameters and may earn the desk a commission. Commission has no bearing on whether a product is covered or how it is scored. Staff do not accept gifts, free products or paid trips from agents, sellers or brands, and staff accounts connected with a covered agent or seller must be disclosed to the editor responsible for the article.

Corrections and complaints

Write to editorial@litbuy-ai.com with the URL and the disputed sentence or figure. The corrections policy explains how reports are checked and changes are recorded.
